This man isn't just "being different". He is deliberately, knowingly going very far out of his way to make a spectacle of himself.

Mind you, he's quite free to do that, which is as it should be. Baby Man is entitled to a certain measure of tolerance. But that does not mean that people have wronged him if they find his exhibitionistic behavior sick and repulsive, and say so.

I happen to like the cultural norms that discourage grown men from wandering the streets in diapers and babydoll dresses. I think it's a good thing that society generally agrees that sexual fetishes are to be practiced in private. I'm grateful that most people are considerate enough of others to keep their kinks to themselves. And I don't think I've done anyone wrong by expressing this point of view.
