My arthritis hurts from head to toe 3 days before the weather changes. My breathing is lousy due to asthma. There are days walking 3 blocks is too much. On top of all this my esophagus is so inflamed I have a world class case of acid reflux..........HELP. I will not take meds. I will listen to anything else recommended.
