I have kids, am a nursing student, and I used to do natural family planning (for health reasons while breastfeeding), it's pretty improbably unless she tends to have short menstrual cycles (3 weeks or less as opposed to 4 weeks), but it is possible. A good pregnancy test and first morning's urine should tell you in ten days. If it just happened and you don't want to chance it, she should call Planned Parenthood or her doctor and get the "morning after pill" which is just a bigger dose of BC pills to keep anything fertilized from implanting.
