The folks that talk on their cell phones insted of pay attention when driving. I had one women almost hit me in the cross walk when she ran a red light because she was so busy talking away. I don't think she ever realized what she had done.
I also hate when someone is at a restaurant and are talking away on their phone & paying no attention to the person or people they are with. If someone did that to me I would be gone & would never go out with them again.
