You echo my sentiments exactly. I liked Kerry, but my vote for him was mainly one against George Bush*. Dennis Kucinich was my first choice. Kerry's addition of John Edwards to the ticket was inspired, bringing to it everything it lacked. Edwards speech was incredibly affecting. Carter and Clinton inspired me; Kucinich and Sharpton were on fire; Edwards broke up his own father. I thought that Edwards' was the speech of the convention, until I saw Kerry. He hit all the right notes, inspiring, reassuring, great ideas, visionary. He now still has my vote, but delivered with great enthusiasm. He just needs a majority in Congress to enact his programs and promises. This has to be our next goal, after enacting regime change at home.:shrug:
