14. My husband lost his tech job too...
in 2001. In the last 3 1/2 years he's been laid off 2. He was steadily employed through the Clinton years... You can draw your own conclusion.

He's now a machine operator for a company working in plastics.

Sorry to hear your husband was laid off. It's hard :(
