How do people feel about posters who correct grammar?
Advertisements [?]
I'm kind of asking a serious question. You see, I'm an English teacher. I definitely have that prissy "grammar police" side to my being. Nevertheless, I have never corrected another DUer's grammar, even when the mistake was one of my pet peeves. I've been tempted to do it nicely on one or two occasions, but I've refrained. To me, it's rude to correct another adult's grammar or spelling unless they ask for help. What do you think?
