What an incredible parody! Full book length and absolutely true to form in dialogue and illustration.

I could not find an English translation. My French is terrible and it's much too long to translate for DU.

But the first page has Tintin as a dissident against Saddam in an Iraqi prison during the first Gulf War. He's about to be shot by a firing squad when the news comes in that the Americans have won. Everyone cheers Bush Sr and pledges support to the Americans. Then the word comes in that the Americans are allowing Saddam to stay in power and everyone shouts slogans supporting Saddam again.

The next section takes place in DC in 2002. A businessmen comes in for an appointment with Bush Jr and sees Tinitn sitting at the desk. Tintin says that the president has had a problem with a pretzel. The businessman starts telling Tintin about Iraq's oil wealth and how he wants to change the regime. Tintin throws him out of the office.

The businessman is next seen talking directly to Bush, who accepts his proposal.....
