Hi...I'm having a nervous breakdown! Help!

Hi folks....It seems that my recent breast cancer scare has led me into a full blown anxiety laden nervous breakdown...I have been a wreck for two weeks now, and have convinced myself that I am terminally ill and have become completely paralyzed by terror and anxiety. I am consulting with my doctor, trying to get the tests that will prove to my brain that I am not dying of an unseen terminal cancer, and have began seeing a counselor as of today. I'm in a really bad way essentially, barely making it day to day.

I don't really want to talk about it all in detail right here in the lounge, but if any other DUers with similar experiences/anxiety problems could drop me a pm, it would be greatly appreciated.
