I need some tips on good vs bad business partner.

I have a friend who thinks that she is going to sit back and do nothing while I do all of the work.

If someone is a silent partner shouldn't they be investing all of the cash into it while the other person does all of the work. I mean if they don't want to give up their precious time on the business then shouldn't they put in the cash and just sit back and be the silent partner.

What is a silent partner?

Would you start a business with someone who you have to jump through hoops for to get in touch with?

She won't answer the phone unless I call from a pay phone because she is the silent partner. Is that a crock of shit or what?

I am thinking about giving up on our business venture together and going into business by myself.

Would you go into business with a friend?
