7. It is rather revolting...
...I've tried steering my kids clear of it. It's as if "black exploitation" films of the 70s, where stereotypes were played out by black actors and actresses, being considered "not PC" have given way to white actors and actresses playing out the same stereotypes. Oh, but we're supposed to have our hearts warmed about how these fictional people work out their differences by clownfacing one another. It's crappy exploitative marketing, and I'll be damned if there aren't fools that run around trying to be like the movies. No, it's not funny, it's rather offensive. Wasn't it just a few years ago that there was a rash of more thought provoking cinema? What the heck happened? Wait, don't answer that...
