He might be getting out very soon!!! I talked to his doc yesterday (urging to be cautious and hopefully send him to rehab) and he said they were trying to do what they could but actually MFM is doing really well, edema way down, fluid problem pretty much gone, clot thing resolved on its own, bloodwork all good.

Then I talked to his social worker today and she said he looked the best she has seen him the whole time.

Then I talked to him and he sounds damn good. He is trying to get organized for if they do give him the boot - planning his route and what he has to get done etc. And joking about no pants!:rofl:

Wouldn't it be perfect if he got out with no pants on the anniversary of the MOON landing?

cross your fingers everybody he might even be back on line by the weekend!

oh and PS, Peggy - you ARE a FUCKING GODDESS, SAINT, BEAUTIFUL HUMAN BEING, SPECIAL FRIEND, and just all-around COOL to boot. :yourock:

PPS while I was writing that, he called back to say there are rumors he is going to get to go to rehab for a couple days instead of out the door! AND while he was talking, a balloon and teddy bear got delivered from another SWEET, COOL, LOVING, KIND, VERY SPECIAL LADY who might be reading this. :loveya: :loveya: :loveya:
