And your attorney is not as seasoned as you might think he is if he predicted that you'd be approved. Everyone is denied first round. Everyone. I don't think he knows what he's doing.

Get yourself a specialist, and understand that the fee comes out of your back payments, so that's not a concern. A colleague of mine went to law school with one of the founders of this firm, and says he's a a good man.

I wish you luck, but you need better representation for an appeal, which is a whole lot more important than just filing the initial claim......................
