Because of Stacey, many will hold their loved ones tight tonight in sorrow. Mothers will ache for your boys' tender hearts -- hearts that should not know this kind of pain. All of us would shield you and your little family as we try to shield our own. I don't know why you lost her. I only know that in a million small ways, she inspires all of us right now, this moment, to be better people. Better at love and better at being alive. Rest easy, Stacey dear. Your strength and beauty live on.
