60. OK, I'll Try
Part of this song with a "P" in front are sung by Phyllis Diller, the star of the show. Other parts are sung by other characters and a chorus of singers, as indicated. - Wayne

P: "How dja do? How dja do? How dja do, my dear?
What a lovely surprise! Nice to see you here!"
Butler: "All the bills are long overdue, my dear."
P: "File them under I.O.U!"

P: "How dja do? How dja do? Well, hello, it's YOU!
Love my dress? Love my coat? Aren't they MARVIE-POO?
Daughter: "They belong to the Internal Revenue!"
P: "And they've got us eating stew."

Chorus: "The Pruitts of Southampton
Are like the richest folk -
But what the folk don't know is that
The Pruitts are flat broke!"

P: "How dja do? How dja do? How dja do, my dear?"
Husband: "We are out of champagne and I'm stuck, my dear!"
P: "Ask the butler to lend you a buck, my dear
How dja do? How dja do? How dja do!!"

(It's kinda scary that I can do so many of these from memory....)
