51. Oh Maestro
How sad. But you are also so fortunate to have had him with you for so long. My grandmother died the day I graduated from high school. I think of her every time something big happens to me - the day I got married, when I gave birth to my kids, my first day as a teacher. And I still miss her.

I am the oldest of 17 grandchildren and I have cousins who never knew my grandmother. That makes me feel so lucky.

And you should feel grateful for all the years you have had with your grandfather.
