Dipped in batter and fried, but it's usually a light crispy batter.

Chicken fried chicken is a breast, no bone, also dipped in batter and fried, but it's a heavier batter more like that used for chicken-fried steak. At least that's how they eat it around here! ;)

Ooooooo... the marketing guys... they move their mouth and it sounds like English but it doesn't make any sense.

We need to have a platform that appeals to a cross-sector of the market, including SMB as well as enterprise blah blah blah blah blah... I honestly can't remember anything they say, it just slides smoothly across my brain and doesn't sink in! :)
