Pound the chicken breasts flat with the back of a chef's knife until they're 1/2" thick. Cover the meat with lemon slices and green onion bulb slices. Bake at 375 on greased cookie sheet until done.

While the chicken is cooking, mix 3/4 cup of shredded Parmesean cheese with 3/4 cup of REAL mayonnaise and add some chopped green onion tops to it for color.

Remove the chicken breasts from the oven, discard the lemon and onion pieces and coat with a 1/4"-1/2" of the cheese-mayo mixture and place under brolier. The mixture will 'puff up' as it broils. Remove as soon as it's browned on top.
