Bush is asking congress for $1billion dollars - to GIVE to the fuel companies. Under the premise of helping poor people afford their higher bills this winter.

Great - so just let the companies charge whatever the hell they want, then make sure they get it by subsidizing with taxpayer money. You pay one way or another. Profit margins are unaffected. This is such obvious, horrible corruption.
