Yes there is credible evidence that casts doubt on Tookie's guilt. Regarding his guilt or innocence, only Tookie knows the truth, not you nor I... and certainly not the prisoner, a paid police informant, in another cell who was given the police file to prepare for his testimony regarding Tookie's 'confession', a prisoner guilty of rape, murder, and mutilation who was given a lesser sentence in exchange for his testimony against Tookie. That prisoner's testimony was surely not credible.

Who would own up to commiting a crime that they were not guilty of? Would you?

And your sarcasm isn't appreciated.
