The Speaker does not allow the Special Resolution to stand. He keeps saying it's not an appropriate parliamentary question - though it clearly. Pelosi requests a YEA vs NAY vote and is granted. The GOP tabled the motion. The motion to reconsider was also tabled.

Shut down by the GOP goons in the Congress. Again.
