He doesn't need photo ops, doesn't need to hold up relief while he poses.. he puts his money where his mouth is and accomplishes what you'll read in the above link. He may have been down there, or he may have simply instigated the enormous relief effort you'll read about in that link. Bush has gone down there 5 times, and was physically there.. he did not lift a finger to help anyone.
