54. What the hell kind of banana republic is this?
Secret conversations between the White House and some nutcase fundie about an important matter like the nomination of a SC justice and we the people are not allowed to know what makes Harriet Miers so damn special? This is absurd and its an outrageous insult to all of us in this nation.

You know, I'll tell you something...I am tempted to write to my elected officials about this but I am sick and tired of writing to them about all sorts of this crap and getting a form letter in return if I get a response at all. Its a complete waste of my time.
This is no longer a government for the people by the people.
