Sorry friend, but this is one of those laws that just screams of abuse. Two people get into a screaming match, and one of them decides to end it with a gun. Nobody witnesses this, and the perp can claim "Stand Your Ground" Utter BS.

This is the Wild West style of law enforcement, cruel, quick and barbaric. One would have hoped that we had progressed beyond such madness in the past hundred years. Sadly, it appears we haven't.
