hit, we saw them searching the evacuees before they were let in. We know there were only a total of 250 NG in NO in total. A better question to ask is: How many of the 40% of the NG that was not in Iraq were, in actuality, administrative and active soldiers? My bet is it will be a high percentage.

Ask the question: How many helicopters, etc, were left in Louisiana versus in Iraq?

Ask how many actual active troops were available for the Governor to call upon.
