8. Excellent idea! I hadn't thought of the empty stores available.
And there certainly are many, of all sizes. There are quite a few restaurants that have closed, too. I don't know how that works, though. Would the restaurants leave the ovens and such behind or do they sell those off? If they are there, they would make excellent cooking facilities for feeding large groups.
