On the contact page you need to contact a specific program and World News doesn't seem to be a choice.
Was it a morning show with a different tile? These are the choices:

One, Six, Ten : BBC One
Breakfast
Breakfast with Frost
Newsnight
Panorama
Question Time
This World
Real Story
Money Programme
Working Lunch
Politics Show
The Daily Politics
BBC News 24
HARDtalk
Click Online
BBC Parliament
BBC Three News
