 I estimate that about 250 people showed up and lined the streets. We had many honks of approval and peace signs out car windows. One guy got out of his car and started arguing with people. He said "You people don't know what it's like to lose someone in the twin towers." Someone holding a candle responded "Yes we do!" followed by a man shouting "Like Iraq had anything to do with 9/11!" I think the guy had enough (plus he was holding up traffic) and he sped away. more photos here: http://sagunn.com/gallery/cindy/ |
