Where In Hell Has Laura Been In All This

George Bush and I are about the same age and have been married about equally long. It is unimaginable to me that were I George that my wife would not have have asked the question, "Did you lie this country into a way?" It is unimaginable that my wife would not have said "Did Karl give out that CIA agent's name?" (because she knows dam well he knows).

How could anyone presented with the suggestion that their spouse had lied our nation into a war and then abetted treason in covering it up, to the extent possible, and not ask the simple questions?

It is just unimaginable to me that this woman, presumed to be a person who reads newspapers or listens to radio and TV news like any person would not ask these questions. Accusations have been made and no answer given. How on earth can she not know? And what about the twins. Do they not speak to their father in confidence? Are all of them so utterly amoral or incurious as to not ask their closest family member those simple questions?
