78. You're correct on all three, but I see a slim ray of hope:

1) Complicit media: They've turned a blind eye on most every mistake and lie made by this administration, but they seem to be turning on them with this story. Enough people seem to be interested in this mess, and if the media sense they can get an edge on the competition by giving the public what they want to hear, they're going to keep this story up front for a while.

2) RW hate radio propaganda: These bags-of-wind are just as hate-filled and deceitful as ever, but maybe (big maybe, I know) the louder they yell and scream, the less credible they become and the more a slowly-awakening public will tend to ignore their anger and lies.

3) A government under one party control: Even this one party has to get reelected next November, and unless they wish to put all their faith in Diebold, some in jeopardy of becoming a civilian in '07 might just decide not to ride on Chimp's coattails and stand up against their party's traitors. (Another big maybe) All in all, the timing on this thing couldn't be better.

Plenty of hurdles yet to jump, but so far we've jumped more than I ever thought possible.
