For example, one of their big talking points is that Wilson lied when he said Cheney sent him on the mission.

Then when you go back through Wilson's actual statements, he didn't actually claim this. He made references where he believed Cheney was interested in seeing his findings, but didn't claim Cheney actually sent him.

With everything that's been said, I can't say there isn't anything where Wilson was wrong. Wislon was right on the key points here, primarily that the administration was misusing CIA data to falsely claim there was WMD, and that the White House was retaliating against him by releasing information on his wife being a CIA operative. If he was wrong on any minor points in all of this, it is rather trivial.
