I've seen London based Islamic radicals interviewed recently on the tube showing a territorial brand of Islam that seeks to subjugate the West. The West can simply pull up the immigration barriers, so I don't see this stern 'bonfire of the vanities' type of religion winning many converts outside of where it already is preponderant.

However, I am also not in favor of Zionism, either Jewish or Christian Zionism, based upon the doctrine of a Third Temple -- please read PBS's

to see how volatile this is especially since this fuels Muslim fanaticism.

An Islamic nor Judeo-Christian 'real estate' based faith doesn't do anyone any good in the long run, just more excuses for shoot 'em ups.

But I do seem to think that this 'false flag' act worked in the Bologna Train Station bombing of August 2, 1980 if I recal. Originally the (gasp !) Red Brigades did it, only to find some time later that neo-fascists with funding ties to the CIA did it.

Don't JUMP to any conclusions, however convenient.

Terrorism isn't exactly an act designed to win converts. It's designed to stir up the already committed. However, with Islam's present state in the world, Bernard Lewis' book What Went Wrong and Irshad Manji's The Trouble With Islam may end up selling more copies than Korans. What do you think ?
