new tinfoil hat. . . . the word you're looking for is ROGUE not ROUGE.

rouge is defined as:

1. A red or pink cosmetic for coloring the cheeks or lips.
2. A reddish powder, chiefly ferric oxide, used to polish metals or glass.

If you want your ramblings to be listened to by anyone, you have to spell them right.
