It may have been too risky, but someone did it anyway.

Fact is, I think BushCo are the only ones I know of crazy enough to do it. North Korea has more restraint, China has more tact, Russia has more brains. I'm not saying it wasn't a group of militant terrorists. But I don't think it's reasonable to believe it had to be because they "wouldn't do that". I think they would.

Media propoganda assault? It still may happen, the day isn't over yet. For now, they just let it sink in. See how everyone takes it. Then they start the spin, polticians make the official statements, they dutifully report them.

This action may have been risky, but if they deemed it necessary, it would have been done. JUST like that, flawlessly, no suspects, just death and destruction, with no one to blame.
