IWT--Independent World Television is off to a running start with more than 4000 people doing the survey and watching the 5 or 15 minutes version of the video--now available for downloading or streaming.
Take a look at who is involved. The list looks like a who's-who of English speaking fundraisers and media personal. The tentative programming includes an in-depth nightly news cast, a daily media critique, news from the third world, serious debate, "Pop culture developments from around the world, featuring artists from the world's best theatre, film, music & visual arts" and nightly independent film.
IWT will not accept corporate or government funding or control.
