If Durbin isn't allowed to compare the US treatment of prisoners to Nazis, Gulags and Pol Pot, is there another "lesser", heinous, law-breaking and human rights violating regime to which the repigs would prefer this administration be compared?

Idi Amin comes to mind. Maybe Baby Doc or Papa Doc?
