I was just over in LBN...is that asshole REALLY going to stand up in the UN and tell them that he was right to completely disregard the Security Council vote and declare them 'irrelevant'? And then beg for help?

Man, you think they can no longer astonish you...and then they do.

Well, I mean what can he do; he's screwed either way. If he admits he was wrong, well, that's a problem; if he refuses to admit he was wrong, well, that's a problem. The only thing in favor of admitting he was wrong is that it MIGHT help convince some people to help dig our troops out of this quagmire Bush sent them into. So Bush will probably just not admit he's wrong...I mean what the hell does he care who dies?

But the bottom line is that basically, this war is a 2000-pound pig, and they are running out of lipstick.

What's that giant sucking sound I hear? Could it be the sound of Bush's 'presidency' imploding?

C ya,

The Plaid Adder
