I confirmed that it is hosted by godaddy in the godaddy FAQ section:

QUESTION: What name servers do I use if I have a GoDaddy.com hosting account?
ANSWER: GoDaddy.com's name servers are: WSC1.JOMAX.NET and WSC2.JOMAX.NET.



Finding TOS violations was easy...

from #4 of the hosting agreement, paragraph 4, it is against their TOS to

(ii) disseminate or transmit any material that, to a reasonable person may be abusive, obscene, pornographic, defamatory, harassing, grossly offensive, vulgar, threatening or malicious;

the jomax.net/godaddy.com TOS is actually more strict than the last place.

They also have a real problem with people providing false information
