87. In all fairness to Miss Noonan, allow the woman to outline her own
social plan. I'm sure she'll support raising taxes so we can improve Medical Insurance for ALL Americans and coma patients in particular should become wards of the state. We should be footing that bill for everyone in a similar state as Terry's. Since it has been determined that the number one reason for family bankruptcies is health costs, then Miss Noonan does this country a great service for calling for an increase in taxes to help all such cases.

What a kind lady, that Peggy is.
