100. The only conclusion I jumped to was,
that this incident is worthy of discussion. I even laid out detailed steps of the thought process I would follow to determine if this stop was suspect of being intentional. You seem to continually ignore that and I suspect it's because you have your own agenda to push, which appears to be that you get perplexed when people question information that comes by this newsgroup. That's what makes DU better than a stagnant newspaper. Because people ferret out the truth.

And if truth matters to you, why don't you go back and read the statistical numbers I gave you which I would consider before reaching the conclusion which you claim I've made? I have read wonderfully researched lawsuits about police stops and statistics seem to be accepted in court as an indication of a police's motivations.

Now, be a good chap and go back and tell me, what number did I say that I would look at before suspecting this stop was intentional or whether it was bad luck?
