46. Question where the money that WalMart takes in goes.
Someone posted previously that WalMart sends all funds to banks in their corporate home State. So monies spent within the town will not stay within the town. What is the sales tax and what is the exact percentage the town would get. What actual benefits other than low paying jobs will the town receive? Will they tell their employees to apply for food stamps, or health access through the State because they do not furnish adequate pay or benefits like they do in other States, cities, towns?
