11. My thoughts on these people Bush puts in is this-----
They usually come from some place where they are like rulers. CEO's and they can not learn at this late date how to run any thing from the ground up. Govt. is not a business and does not work that way. It is a service set up to do things for people. You do not learn how to do that type of stuff at Harvard. The MBA i s for a top down business. This is why we seem to have better luck with the men they pull out of the govt. that have worked it. Would any one be up set it the local town hall put in a plane to sell stock and make money for people where you live? Of course you would, as it is set up to serve your needs. It is to be run for us not for a profit on the street.
