But there's the risk of a freeper deleting other peoples' entries. It would be better to have a separate content management system where people could edit their own entries, but not other peoples'.

And if I weren't such a slacker, I'd be able to set that up myself. If I'd spent my summer learning PHP instead of stalking Kerry and Edwards with my camera, for example, I'd have something like that set up already.

Another issue (related to that first one) is that we'd have to trust that the people who enter into the database that they've submitted a FOIA request actually did it. I wouldn't want to not submit one based on someone claiming falsely that they did.
