78. Racism is by defenition....
....prejudice or discrimination based on the belief that race is the primary factor determining human traits and abilities. Racism includes the belief that genetic or inherited differences produce the inherent superiority or inferiority of one race over another. In the name of protecting their race from "contamination," some racists justify the domination and destruction of races they consider to be either superior or inferior. Institutional racism is racial prejudice supported by institutional power and authority used to the advantage of one race over others.

If anyone has been practicing racism, in my opinion it has been George Bush who after appointing Colin Powell as Secretary of State, then by ignorning Powell's advice about waiting to attack Iraq, placed this nation and our troops in harms way. Then there was more indication of pressure on getting Powell out of that position in favor of Donald Rumsfeld's policies. Now Bush appoints Condi Rice in that position after she proved to be totally incompetent as National Security Advisor. I see a very clear agenda on the part of Bush's actions and selections.
