If so, try watching some "TV Land" (if you get that station.) Those old sitcoms always do the trick for me. Watching Jack Tripper or Lucy be all silly is a good distraction!

Oldies radio stations are good too...listening to Herman's Hermits, The Monkeys, etc. is a good way to escape!

Hang in there...there's a lot of us out here trying to cope as well...we're all in this together! :grouphug:
