Second - report is probably Rove plant.

Third - assuming that it's legit -- intriguing sentence in alleged threat:

America has brought this on itself for electing George Bush who has made war on Islam by destroying the Taliban and making war on Al Qaeda.

Maybe it's because I read this right after reading the South African Daily Dispatch endorsement,
On beating Bush (endorsing Kerry), but -- could it be the tape intended to address the threat AFTER the election IF Bush wins???

Recall -- Americans didn't elect Bush the last time.
