4. Will donate whatever they can use. When my daughter died, we could
not donate much because she was too badly injured. But we were able to donate some bone and skin and her corneas at least, and one of the thoughts that gets me through the bad days is this:
One cornea went to a little boy, 7 years old, born blind. Had never seen his mom or dad, and now he can! The other went to a mom who became blind (not sure why...accident? diabetic retinopathy? anyhow...) she had never seen her children and now SHE can.
As a mother of two beautiful children whom she adored, I think that would make my daughter happy...it helps me, when I want to fall into one-woman, self-pity-party mode.
