18. I've got a wife and two kids

that I would cheerfully die for to protect. I also have a gun safe containing a couple of long guns and a hand gun. Uncle Sam taught me how to use them in 1970 and then sent me to war so I could practice. (Unlike the wingnuts' heroes, I had neither anal cysts nor a congressman daddy to keep me out of combat.) Deep in my heart I don't believe it will come down to a violent confrontation because I don't think they have the guts. If, however, I'm wrong, I shot expert in basic.
