He also tried to convince people that black people's problem wasn't that their government wasn't doing what it could to make their lives better. It was that they couldn't keep their pants on. Oh, did white America ever like that! Yes, poverty was because of sex.

Don't ask your government to stop fucking you over. Stop fucking your boyfriend without protection.
