That's about as irresponsible as what Bush did. Acting without thinking of the ramifications of his actions. If we just leave because it hasn't panned out the way we thought it would....then the U.S. will loose any credibility it has left - will have no influence in the Middle East except at the point of a gun for generations to come. Doing the right thing isn't going to be pretty but we made this mess and we have to clean it up. The best way to combat terrorisim is to help uplift these countries and their people.
